Participation Policy

By booking your child(s) on to specific days, you are thereby agreeing they can participate in the themed days/activities that we have scheduled, e.g petting zoo, yoga, healthy living workshops, scooter/bike days and more. This list in not exhaustive of the activities and suppliers we use. If you require your child to sit out of themed days due to medical/religious reasons, please leave us a note before checkout to ensure we are aware.

UPDATED Safeguarding Policy

We have introduced a new password system as an extra layer of safeguarding on collection of your child(s). You will be required to submit a one word password that is used to dismiss your child(s). By booking on to our camp you are agreeing that you will abide by our updated policy, and understand that we cannot let any child go if they do not communicate the password. Please share your password with your family/friends if they're planning on picking up your little one.

Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately due to staffing ratios, if you have booked a child on our camp we are unable to refund you as we will have already organised Coaches for the day and in some cases, turned people away as we regularly sell out of spaces.

​We reserve the right to cancel booked spaces due to risk assessments of behaviour and ability at any time. If we deem a child not suitable to be managed on a 1:16 ratio, we will inform parents and guardians after risk assessment is undertaken. Full refund will be given in this case in the appropriate time. 

Change of plan

We work with the best external providers to widen the range of activities and provision, however (in very rare cases) we reserve the right to cancel or amend the planned themed days in the event of our external providers cancelling or amending their services.
