What is a privacy Notice?
The purpose of a privacy notice is to explain how your personal information may be used. It details why we collect the information and who we may share the information with.
Why is information collected on registration?
The reasons we keep records about your family are to:
· Contact you in case of emergency
· Updates on your child whilst at our camps (first aid and behaviour)
· Marketing purposes/camp promotion
· Safeguard children and young people from harm

· Parents/carer contact number
· Child's name
· Child's DOB
· Child's address
· Child's school
· Medical information
· Allergy information
· Dates attending our camps
· Photo consent

Who may my family’s information be shared with?
We will not give any of your information about you or your family to anybody outside of Rileys Kids Camps (Riley Sport and Fitness) without consent. We may share relevant information with our Coaching team and admin team.
If you are booking on via the HAF programme through Nottingham County Council, we are contracted to share your information to check if you qualify for free places. By booking on, you agree to us sharing your information for this purpose only.
Other situations may occur from a safeguarding perspective or emergency where we do have to legally provide information depending on the circumstance, e.g to local authority, safeguarding or the police/emergency services.
Organisations have a legal right to share information when it is in the best interests of the child or young person. Sometimes we have a duty to share information and would need to justify why we did not. However, we only share information with professionals who have a legitimate need in order to provide you or your family with support or an intervention. Can I access the information that is held about me and my family?
Under the Data protection Act 1998 you and your family are entitled to know what information is held about you. If you want to see a copy of the information we hold and share about you and your family then please contact the Head Coach at your venue of Rileys Kids Camps and they will direct you to speak with our Management team. If you suspect that you or your family’s information is incorrect you have a right to request that the data is amended.
