Returning for our 6th year at Riley's and 1st summer at Hollywell! Themed days galore! RODEO TUESDAY - Pony visits! A trip to RILEYSFEST *think glow sticks and VIP wristbands*, LEARN TO DJ, WET WEDNESDAY slip’n’slide! FREESTYLE FOOTBALL workshops, learn to do PARKOUR, Little Gardener Day and so much more! All of these exciting themed days paired every day with our amazing multi-sports activities such as dodgeball, LASER TAG, nerf wars, soft axe throwing, new age KURLING, boccia, HOCKEY and so much more! 🎯 WEEK 1! Tue 5th Aug - RODEO TUESDAY! - Get ready for a rootin’ tootin’ good time as we saddle up for a day of western fun including… PONY RIDES! All children welcome to attend the day, meet and greet the ponies, learn how to groom them, play our Wild West games and more! Children between 5-8yrs (with a maximum weight of 6st) can RIDE the ponies! Saddle up, we can’t wait! 🐎 Wed 6th Aug - Wicked Wednesday - Learn to BEATBOX and BREAKDANCE with the pro's during Wicked Wednesday. The boys are back by popular demand and we are mixing it up! Our campers will put on a show of their super cool talents at the end of the day. Our jam packed schedule of activities is not to be missed! Thur 7th Aug - Scooter Thursday - Campers FAVE! Bring your scooter or bike to camp today! Our outdoor provision will be centred around play on our scooters and bikes. (Totally optional, there will be plenty of other activities going on if your camper doesn't want to bring theirs! Campers MUST bring helmets, otherwise red light…no play!) Fri 8th Aug - Forest School Friday - Step into nature for a magical day of outdoor adventures, woodland crafts, and wild discoveries! On Forest School Friday, we slow things down and tune into the natural world around us at Hollywell. Campers will build dens, make muddy masterpieces, hunt for mini beasts, and enjoy bushcraft-inspired fun like whittling, nature art, or even a cosy campfire treat (marshmallows, anyone?) ⛹🏻‍♀️WEEK 2! Tue 12th Aug - Tuck Shop Tuesday - Welcome to our pop-up Tuck Shop! Our campers will decorate our Tuck Shop, prepare the treats, decorate their own packaging and make price lists for the goodies! After all of our hard work, it’s time for super fun activities like dodgeball and laser tag! Wed 13th Aug - Wet Wednesday - Get ready to make a splash because Wet Wednesday is back and it’s set to be an absolute SOAKER! We’ve got: Slip 'n Slide fun, Dunk the Coach (who's feeling brave?) and plenty more to keep the giggles going all day long! Thur 14th Aug - Riley’s Sports Day - Who loves a SPORTS DAY? We love a SPORTS DAY! We're going old school with our sporting activities, think egg and spoon race, three legged race and a good old fashioned 50m sprint! Our Campers will face our Coaches in the return of 'Campers vs Coaches' challenge. Fri 15th Aug - Freestyle Football Friday - Get ready to bend it, flick it, and spin it like the pros! On Football Freestyle Friday, it’s all about showing off your skills, learning new tricks, and having a blast with the ball at your feet. We’ve got a PRO in to share the tricks of the trade! From jaw-dropping freestyle moves to fun challenges, games, and mini tournaments, this day is packed with energy, creativity, and non-stop footy fun—perfect for players of all levels! 🏑WEEK 3! Tue 19th - Sublime Science Day - From bubbling potions to magical colour changes, this hands-on session is full of fizz, pop, and amazing surprises. Kids become mini scientists as they explore mind-blowing experiments that spark curiosity and laughter. No boring worksheets—just real science that feels like magic! Wed 20th - Workshop Wednesday - PARKOUR! Leap, climb, balance, and roll. Parkour is all about moving like a ninja through any space with confidence and control! In this action-packed session, kids will learn safe and exciting parkour basics like jumping, vaulting, and landing, all through fun games and obstacle courses. It’s fantastic for fitness, focus, and fearless fun! Lead by experienced coaches in a safe, structured setting. Thur 21st - RILEYSFEST - Are you ready?! Hollywell Campers... get ready for the ultimate summer celebration because we’re hopping on the coach to Greasley Beauvale for a full-on inter-camp FESTIVAL DAY! Welcome to RILEYSFEST, Learn to DJ, foam machine madness, inflatable Helter skelter, chill-out teepee zone and festival games. Who’s in?! Get behind the DJ booth and spin some tracks! We've got the pro's in to teach your little mixers how to spin tracks and use special FX. HOW COOL! We are putting on a show for all of our campers at RILEYSFEST. Think DJ booth, wristbands, face glitter, glow sticks and funky glasses! Fri 22nd - Little Gardeners Day - Dig in, get muddy, and grow something amazing! On Little Gardeners Day, kids become mini gardeners as they explore the world of plants, soil, and bugs through fun, hands-on activities. We’ve partnered with Trinity Farm (in Awsworth) to bring the expertise their Hollywell. From planting seeds and decorating pots to creating bug hotels and nature crafts, it’s a day full of outdoor fun, creativity, and green-fingered adventures!
